How does it work?
- You provide us with the details such as name, time, place, location & your message (Upto 160 characters) in the text box on the product page, or message us separately after placing the order.
- Using our proprietary tools we search & generate a unqiue position of the stars on the above time & location.
- Our experts create a unique & beautiful High Resolution image of the stars along with your name, date, time, location and your personalised message.
- The image is then printed & framed on a A4 sized frame & delivered to you with love!
- Timeline for customization is 2-5 days. Timeline for delivery is additional 3-7 days. For urgencies, kindly contact us via whatsapp, and we'll do our best to help you out!
Note: Since this is a customized product, no returns will be entertained after the product has been delivered/shared with you. In case you have received a damaged product, please write to us at jholu@jholmaal.in within 24 hours along with pictures of the damaged product.
