and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition after rigorous quality checks & testing.


A. Cancellations (Before dispatch)

Our warehouse & operations staff work tirelessly to process & manage all your orders on a super expedited basis. Hence, cancellation is possible only if your order has not been dispatched. Kindly inform us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we cancel the same.

1. For unprocessed orders less than INR 2000 which are cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, no cancellation charges will be applied and full refund will be issued. Cancellation after 24 hours will not be possible since the order is sent for processing.



2. For bulk/ high value orders>INR 2000, any order cancellation will be made after deducting processing charges of 5% of the order value.

Cancellations due to delayed shipment on account of COVID or government restrictions/ lockdowns or reasons beyond our control will NOT be eligible for cancellation. Refund in such case, if any, will be made in the form of a GIFT CARD redeemable on any future purchases from our website.

B. Returns & Refunds (After delivery): 

Customer satisfaction is our TOP priority. 

On account of the same, we offer free replacement or returns (if replacement is not possible) within 10 days, if you have received a damaged/ wrong product of receipt, provided the damage is informed to our team within 24 hours of receipt along with clear photos of the damaged goods, packaging box & shipping label! We may initiate a reverse pickup/ have you send us the original (damaged/ incorrect) product & you shall be required to provide the same in its original packing with all its labels & accessories.

Note: Depending on the nature of the case, a deduction of INR 100 as delivery & processing charges may also be charged.

Note2: For Cash On Delivery  (COD) orders, refund will be made through a gift card that can be used within 3 months of issuance. 

*Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused. Certain products (Like socks, costumes, eye masks, clothing/ apparel etc.) where personal hygiene is concerned, are not applicable for return. Further, minor variations in size, color, built do not qualify for a return. Timeline of 10 days will include the day the delivery was made.

C. Returns due to non acceptance of order after dispatch 

In case your order has been dispatched but not delivered to you on account of incorrect information provided by you (Eg. Wrong pincode, wrong phone number, wrong address etc., uncontactable by the delivery partner) or for any other reason the order is rejected by you before acceptance, the order will be automatically delivered back to our warehouse and will be automatically cancelled. In such a case, the order amount will be refunded to you automatically via gift card only, after deducting delivery & processing charges of INR 100 or 10% of the order value whichever is higher.


D. Order showing "Delivered" status but item not received 

In case your order tracking is showing status as delivered, but you have not received the same, please contact our team immediately within 24 hours of receiving such "delivered" status. Our team will escalate the issue with the courier company and launch an investigation into the same so that the correct status of the order can be looked into. In case 24 hours have expired after showing the "Delivered" status and the issue has not been raised, the courier company may not be able to entertain an investigation the same.
